Is this dead?

Is this project alive or dead? Looked on git and it's 2019 since any changes were done.
Also some site links don't work, and the "free cloud trial" button simply downloads version 7.03 rather than sets you up with a trial.

So, is it worth investing time to see if mycollab is any good or should I look elsewhere?
