Hi.

Are there any news on this topic?

For the moment I cannot arrange a debug session, maybe this is possible in the near future.

Karsten

Hi!

Are there any news on that issue? Is no one, except Ravi and me, facing this issue?

I really wanted to try out mycollab, to see if it might suit our company needs better than what we are working with now.

Seems to be that I do not get this chance.

Hi.

First of all, the zip you have posted here holds the same content as the zip I downloaded yesterday (I am not sure if this should be the case).

Second:

I already checked every occurance of port 8080 yesterday in the files, as I saw in the log that the server still tried to connect to 8080 even though I changed the port in the config file. I have had all occurences reset (not in the logs of course but for instance in the different batch files). After that, I saw, that mycollab was now trying to connect to the port I setup. But still it tells me everytime, that the port is blocked. The message I get is:

***************************
APPLICATION FAILED TO START
***************************

Description:

Web server failed to start. Port 8084 was already in use.

Action:

Identify and stop the process that's listening on port 8084 or configure this application to listen on another port.

I tried other ports, all of the are not occupied.

Any thoughts one that?

Hi.

I just setup a test server and I am facing the exact same issue (platform Windows 10). I tried different ports which are free and everytime I get a webserver failed start Port xxx was already in use.

Is there any solution to this problem?
