I do believe the new MyCollab version will fix it. You can check the Snapshot version here https://github.com/MyCollab/mycollab/releases/download/Release_7.0.0.SNAPSHOT/MyCollab-7.0.0-SNAPSHOT-02122019.zip

Backup the database before using it!

It is an intention in the previous MyCollab when we only allow the account owner to see all projects when admin role has less power than the account owner. But it has a bug let the account owner can not see all projects :(

The new MyCollab version will allow the account owner can see all projects include ones they are not involved. You can check the snapshot version https://github.com/MyCollab/mycollab/releases/download/Release_7.0.0.SNAPSHOT/MyCollab-7.0.0-SNAPSHOT-02122019.zip to verify this issue.

Please backup database before using the new MyCollab!

Sent. If there is any problem, please let me know. Thanks

I am working on the new MyCollab version, and the issue seems to be disappeared (from our test data)
. Do you mind if we will give you the beta edition, and you can test MyCollab against your data? To do that will prevent the issue happens in the future when we release the new version, but such issue still happens on your workspace.

Thanks for update! One quick request: could you see any error message in mycollab.out file in the folder %MYCOLLAB_HOME%/logs

Hi Gonzalo, What view did this issue happen? Or it happens with every view has the export excel?

I will revisit the code. I don't have any limit the file size, except around 20 MB for the upload document in the rich text editor. But limit the file size is the good practice for the cloud edition, while the intranet application is not needed. Let consider it as a bug and we will fix it in the next release.

What is the file size of the pdf file?
