User admin@mycollab.com is not existed in this domain

Hello,


I have installed MyCollab open source version on a ubuntu virtual server, according with installing procedures.

Everything went fine but after the installer send me to the login page I have this message "User admin@mycollab.com is not existed in this domain ". User admin@mycollab.com and the password admin123 don't work.


Also, when I'm trying to shutdown MyCollab from console I get these messages;

[main] INFO com.esofthead.mycollab.Executor - Kill MyCollab server process

[main] ERROR com.esofthead.mycollab.Executor - Error while send RELOAD request to the host process java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

Please help with some advice.

Redirecting to the Wrong page after Database configuration and email configuration page

I have downloaded the MyCoolab-5.0.0 zip version and tried to run it using Itellij IDE.It was working fine till the database configuration step.After database and mail configuration when I clicked on setting up button it processed something and finally one alert message came "Setup finished. Redirect to app?".When I clicked on Ok of that allert button page was not redirecting to the login page .It was redirecting to one page which is showing the directory structure.But In same .exe version I'm getting login page after click on ok of alert message.Please help me to go out from this issue.

I have registered MyCollab, I sent the invitation to my colleague but he told me that he did not receive any email, could I can resend the invitation and ask him check?

Change name of mycollab website?

Hi There,

I just signed up for MyCollab.com. Is it possible to change the name of the website? I really stupidly gave it a name relevant to a single project: https://chem_mentoring.mycollab.com/. I would prefer to change it to something like https://chem_projects.mycollab.com/.

Problem installing MyCollab omn windows

Hi,

I'm trying to install Mycollab 5.1.0 Community edition in a Windows 8 machine,

Installed Mycollab without any erros, followed by Mysql and Java.

I changed the port to 8084 and ran startup.bat but when I try to open http://localhost:8084 i get the erro that the page does not exist.

Also if i run netstat -a I don´t see any servisse running on that port.

Any ideas on this?

I am getting this error when i trying to access, site used to go down always i used to open execute.jar and runner.jar file but now the service is down. How to fix this issue.
