You should install the new MyCollab 5.1.3 since the MyCollab 5.1.2 may cause some issues when your internet connection is not stable because it checks our server whether there is the new version. And if it can not connect to the server then it may make broken to the login users.

If the problem still is persisted, you can contact me via my email hainguyen@mycollab.com or my skype esofthead, we will work to you to make sure this issue is gone. Thank you
Could you please add my skype esofthead to discuss more detail your issue. Probably the issue is similar than http://support.mycollab.com/topic/926233-errors-after-server-reboot/# but I need to check your case specific since we operate MyCollab cloud edition, and if this issue happen then it is the big issue for us already. Thank you

We regularly update MyCollab per 2-3 weeks. From this MyCollab version which has more reliable upgrade process, then you can use auto-upgrade process when there is new MyCollab version. We tested it well many times on various platforms, of course there is still have some issue on the specific clients but the database is never corrupted by the upgrade proccess.

Hi Tosi,

After we investigated the log, the issue may be the root cause when MyCollab local server can not contact the remote server to check whether there is the new MyCollab updates. A possible root cause is your local server may drop the internet for a while during the application checks the update. You should upgrade to the latest MyCollab version is 5.1.3 at https://community.mycollab.com/download/, the detailed info at here https://www.mycollab.com/mycollab-just-got-better-the-new-kanban-board-gantt-chart-and-more/

Upgrade MyCollab is simple, you can read the step here https://community.mycollab.com/upgrade/ . For short help, you just do the same steps of installation, copy the old config file or make the configuration again with the same database. The new version may fix the reported issue. Thank you

This ticket states that Vaadin does not support RTL language well https://dev.vaadin.com/ticket/3093 . We are not familiar with RTL display as well, but regarding your questions let me share the UI architect of MyCollab.

MyCollab uses Vaadin as its UI framework, and most of our UI is written in Java, and Vaadin/GWT translates our Java source codes into HTML files. The MyCollab theme is mainly base on our custom SCSS files, and Vaadin styles. So relate things belong to the native Vaadin, we depend on level Vaadin support. Because we can control the layout of MyCollab so I think we can adjust MyCollab to support RTL language but it is not an easy task, and it requires the support of language expertise like you.

MyCollab also maintains several HTML template files for sending email, and they are pure HTML so I think the support for RTL could be easier than above part.

If you think MyCollab is the good solution for the project management, then you could contact us for the premium service to enhance MyCollab support the RTL via the link https://www.mycollab.com/contact/ . Thank you.
