The current version does not support this feature.This feature definitely added in the future, it is probably in MyCollab 5.2.4 (the current version is 5.2.2) and the timeline may be 6 weeks from now. This is the part of allowing customers can modify field status (task, bug, and more) also customize the color for each field, so this task consume amount of time.

This issue is fixed in the new release.
We have just released the new version of MyCollab. The default port if you do not enter is 25. I am not sure whether it is resolved your issue though but that is what we do :). Let me know the result please.

If you use (or host) the public mail server then emails send with the public IP address and port, is it right? If you set up a local email server and use NO-IP service then I believe the system will not send with the public IP.
Regarding to the port, the default email port is 25 and in the next version we ask mail service will use this default port if it can not determine the specific port from user, so I guess your issue is removed. Please wait for the next release in the couple days. I will ask you confirm this issue is resolved with the next release in this thread as well.

The premium software has more than features than the community which does not limit in time tracking and performance boost. Of course, you may only like time tracking only, that is fine but we only offer the other packages than time tracking plus our premium service to support the deploy, tuning, upgrade also bug fixing in timely manner as well. We do not provide the module pricing at the current time, probably we will implement it in the future.

The community is usually released around 2-3 weeks so the maximum time is the next 2 weeks. You do not need to visit the website but whenever there is the new version then your app will inform to you and ask whether do you want to upgrade.

Sorry for this confused issue, we will fix the user session timeout to prevent the user lost data when the screen is inactive for a while. This issue will be fixed in the next update.
