Glad to hear that :). When we solve this issue in the new release, I will inform you in this thread. Have a nice day. Cheers
Hi Drgblue,
The pdf only works well with Western languages only, the language has 1 byte character. But we expect the CSV, and Excel should work in all cases.
Do you mind if you send me the excel file which is exported from MyCollab? You can give me only one line of task which content the unicode issue. My email is hainguyen@mycollab.com
We will try to fix this issue for your team as soon as possible while we will release the new version at this weekend

Hi,
Thank you for reporting this issue, your description is very clear. We can reproduce this issue one of our machines. Sadly, this issue comes from a library we have upgraded in the last release belong to the websocket function. But the performance of site does not impact it?
I am working on this issue and will release the patch soon.
Sincerely,
Hai Nguyen
Hi,
You should run the Windows Command Prompt, and go to "C:\MyCollab-5.4.0\bin", and then MyCollab script
startup.bat. The MyCollab will run in the command prompt, and it will show the error message if any. Then we can diagnose the issue by posting this issue in this thread.
My idea is the problem may come from the Java, or it is not installed or MyCollab seeked an used Java 7 or below.

It is impossible to support a group of users.
When choosing roles, is it possible to allow project based access right instead of 'all on' or 'all off' selection?
Now, it is not possible. Because MyCollab is the modular application, and the roles of the global are different with the roles of each module (for example: project management).
However, I get your point to simplify the access right management of project module. We can create a alias of group of users. This group does not define any access right, but then alias of the group of users. When user invite new members to the project, they can type the group alias to send the invitation to all of users in this group. Does it make sense?

This issue is fixed in the next release.

Hi Kuiyang,
We do not support checklist because it makes out product becomes more complicated. Some clients need this feature, others do not. Instead of using the checklist, you can create the sub-tasks of a task, mark all sub-tasks done, and we will ask whether you should close the parent task. Does it work?

Not sure the IntelliJ version, and scala version you are using but it seems it is too old. My scala plugin has version 3.6 when yours has version 0.4.
Did you install Scala plugin in the IntelliJ as the link https://community.mycollab.com/docs/developing-mycollab/setup-mycollab-projects-with-intellij-ide/ asked yet?

I have tested again on MyCollab 5.4, and there is no issue of displaying Korean characters in CSV, or excel format. In case not having a sample test data, I closed this issue, and you can reopen this issue again if needed.
